Salary: £33,017.40 plus tips

This role has flair, finesse and detail. Your work will tantalise both taste buds and one where a visual delight is created. You will have a passion for creating the sweeter things on our menu as well as producing afternoon teas that wow.

Responsibilities

• Using your creativity, experience and flair create exceptional pastry items and deserts.
• Work to the highest standards in all aspects of your role.
• Use fresh ingredients and the current season to create items that not only taste delicious but look divine.
• Have a good understanding of the nutritional value of our deserts especially when developing our spa offering.
