Position Overview

We're looking for a skilled Pastry Chef to join our growing team. This is a full‑time position in a friendly, busy bakery environment where quality and care come first. You'll work alongside passionate bakers, creating a variety of pastries, laminated doughs, cakes, fillings, and creams — all from scratch.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare and laminate doughs for croissants, danishes, and other pastries
  • Create cakes, creams, fillings, and desserts with precision and consistency
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the pastry section
  • Ensure product quality and presentation are always of bakery standard
  • Work efficiently during early morning shifts (early start, early finish)
  • Collaborate with the bakery team to develop new seasonal creations
