An educational trust in Framingham Earl is seeking a Pastoral Support Worker to support students' pastoral needs, including safeguarding and behavior management. The ideal candidate will have experience in a pastoral support function and excellent organizational and communication skills. This role involves effective teamwork and working closely with the Guidance team. The position is permanent, term time, starting in March 2026, with a salary range of £31,537 - £33,699 per annum.

Framingham Earl High School seeks to appoint a Pastoral Support Worker to join our Guidance team. The core purpose of the Pastoral Support Worker is to support the pastoral needs of the students, including safeguarding and behaviour. The Pastoral Support Worker will also act as a first aider and act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead when required.
The Pastoral Support Worker will work with all members the Guidance team, reporting to the Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Behaviour, Safeguarding and Attendance.
