Job summary

Glebelands School, part of Learning Partners Academy Trust, seeks a Pastoral Support Worker with a focus on inclusion to support students in challenging moments and maintain a calm, safe environment. You will work with staff to protect wellbeing and ensure confidentiality across all duties.

Responsibilities

• Support students in the Inclusion Room, helping them regroup in calm, safe and purposeful surroundings.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguarding in all interactions.
• Collaborate with staff to support pupils' learning, wellbeing and behaviour.
• Contribute to a safe, positive school environment through proactive engagement.
