Pastoral Support Worker - Secondary School

Location: Croydon
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them thrive both personally and academically? We are looking for a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker to join a warm, welcoming, and highly collaborative secondary school team in Croydon.

  • Providing interventions, mentoring and daily check-ins

  • Promoting a positive school culture grounded in respect, resilience and wellbeing
