A local educational trust in Barton-under-Needwood seeks a Pastoral Support Officer to support students and staff. Ideal candidates should demonstrate compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills. This role involves aiding pupils in reaching their potential and working effectively under pressure. Applicants must possess good numeracy and literacy skills equivalent to GCSE C and above. The position offers a dynamic environment focused on empowering young adults.
Term time only, Monday to Friday 37 hours per week, 39.2 weeks per year including INSET days
Salary: Grade 5: £25,989 – £27,254 per annum pro rata
Actual salary: £22,568 - £23,666 per annum
