The ideal candidate will manage and lead the reset room provision within the Secondary phase of the school, providing students with high-quality and personalised support to meet the school’s expectations for behaviour and conduct. The ideal applicant also needs to have excellent communication skills and the ability to forge strong working relationships. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.The successful candidate will need to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.We welcome applications regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity or religion.
