Job summary

Outwood Grange Academies Trust is recruiting a Personal Development Centre Coordinator to lead the PDC, reduce suspensions, and cultivate positive discipline habits for vulnerable students.

You will plan, organise and deliver interventions, supervise tailored timetables, conduct one-to-one or small group sessions, monitor impact, and work with the Inclusion Team to reintegrate students back into mainstream lessons with empathy and resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school environment.
• Knowledge of issues affecting students and young people.
• Effective communication and ICT proficiency.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
• Experience supporting students with SEMH needs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver PDC opportunities for positive discipline and aspirations.
• Develop tailored intervention strategies to reintegrate students.
• Conduct guided teaching and monitor timetables.
• Collaborate with the Inclusion Team to implement interventions.
• Provide one-to-one or small group sessions and mentor students back to lessons.
