Location: Durham
Role Type: 5 days Part Time hours

What you'll be doing
  • Building trusting relationships with students who may have experienced trauma or rejection
  • Supporting behaviour regulation and emotional well‑being
  • Helping students re‑engage with learning through tailored support and structure
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists and families to create a safe and consistent environment
What we're looking for
  • Life experience, emotional intelligence and a calm, confident approach
  • Experience in youth work, mentoring, social care, support work, sports coaching, community outreach, customer service or hospitality
  • Patience, pro‑activity and a calm demeanor – training and support will be provided
