Are you passionate about making a real difference in children's lives and supporting families to overcome challenges? We are looking for a compassionate, proactive Pastoral Support Advisor to join our team and help bridge the gap between home and school.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide emotional and practical support to vulnerable children and their families
  • Help address barriers to learning, improve attendance, and reduce exclusions
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and children to promote positive outcomes
  • Develop individual support plans and run workshops, 1:1 sessions, and group programmes
  • Collaborate with school staff and external agencies to ensure coordinated support
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of children at all times
  • Experienced in working with children, families, and schools, ideally with SEND or safeguarding knowledge
  • Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills
  • Compassionate, approachable, and able to build trust with families
  • Able to manage cases effectively, work independently, and as part of a team
