Harris Academy Riverside is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Officer to promote a safe and positive learning environment. You will support pupils and staff, promoting good behaviour and wellbeing to ensure every learner can engage with high standards of education.

The role focuses on removing barriers to learning through counselling and wide-ranging support for academic, social and emotional wellbeing, contributing to a calm, respectful school culture across 39 weeks per year.

• Help overcome barriers to learning using a range of techniques, including pupil counselling, focusing on academic, social and emotional wellbeing.

You will help overcome barriers to learning using a range of techniques, including pupil counselling, focusing on the academic, social and emotional wellbeing of the pupils.

The actual salary for this role will be £28,067.69 - £29,752.53 (37.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year) .
