Job summary

Poole High School in the United Kingdom is seeking an enthusiastic Pastoral Officer to join our dedicated team. You will support the Senior Leadership team to supervise pastoral welfare and safeguarding of students across year groups.

You will handle pastoral and welfare issues, contribute to the induction of new arrivals, work with students and families to maximise learning, and promote the welfare of children in line with our safeguarding policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with safeguarding and welfare protocols.
• Ability to work with families and students.
• Willingness to work as part of a team in an educational setting.

Responsibilities
