About Our School and Windsor Academy Trust

Welcome to our dedicated school team. We are a dynamic and inclusive community of professionals who play a crucial role in the daily success of our educational environment. Our staff are deeply committed to providing the operational excellence required to support our teachers and students, ensuring our school is a safe, welcoming, and highly effective place to learn and work.

Olympus is our brand new free school that opened in Sandwell in September 2023, recruiting 180 students from Sandwell and Birmingham. The school caters for students aged 11 to 16. It opened with Year-7 students only, as a six-form entry school. Olympus will grow year-on-year to provide education for 900 students after five years. This is the next opportunity to join our amazing team as our students now progress into their KS4 study. You will be at the very front of architecting the environment, infrastructure and pathway to success.
