Job summary

Beacon Hill Academy, part of Dudley Academies Trust, is seeking an Assistant Learning Manager to support the pastoral team in meeting learners’ individual needs. This role involves delivering care and support programmes, helping learners reintegrate into lessons, and enabling access to learning.

You will work closely with the pastoral team to provide tailored guidance and specialist support, fostering personal development and wellbeing in a collaborative school environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students or young people in an educational setting is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with learners, parents, and staff.
• Commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusive education.

Responsibilities

• Support the pastoral team in delivering care and support programmes tailored to individual learners.
• Assist in enabling access to learning and helping learners reintegrate into lessons after absences or disruption.
• Provide guidance and specialist support to promote personal development and wellbeing among students.
