Pastoral Lead

£153-£180 per day

January 2026 - July 2026

An Ofsted graded Primary school that continues to perform at an 'Outstanding' level is seeking a Pastoral Lead to join their team. The role is to start in January 2026 and continue until the end of the 2026 academic year.

The Pastoral Lead must be an experienced Designated Safeguarding Lead with frontline experience of responding to and handling safeguarding concerns in a school setting. This successful candidate would also be responsible for ensuring a strong safeguarding culture across the school and provide training for staff.

The school has been described as both ambitious and enlightening in terms of its offering to its community, with it exceeding what is expected nationally. Its staff receive excellent in house training, allowing them to be fully competent in every subject delivered. The school is 3 forms in entry, and is led by a driven leadership team who can offer you a clear and structured working environment. Children here are eager to learn, and behaviour is of a good standard throughout.

The school is accessible from both Wood Green and Alexandra Palace stations.

Requirements
