GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Pastoral Lead to work within schools in Barnsley, ensuring students receive the care, guidance, and encouragement they need to thrive both in and outside the classroom.
This role is central to creating a safe and nurturing school environment where students feel valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to provide effective pastoral care and help students overcome barriers to learning.
