An established Multi-Academy Trust is seeking a committed individual to coordinate the work of Behaviour Mentors, set a positive climate for learning, and support high behaviour expectations. This dynamic role involves timely communication with families, maintaining records of incidents, and collaborating with school leaders to ensure effective support for all students. The candidate should have a passion for supporting young people and demonstrate resilience and tenacity in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a dynamic, resilient and committed individual co-ordinate the work of the non-teaching Behaviour Mentors to set a positive climate for learning throughout the academy by supporting all students to meet the academy's high expectations of behaviour. This is a fast-paced, exciting opportunity for the right candidate to add value to our Student Support Service.
While we are ideally looking for a candidate with demonstrable experience in pastoral care within a school, we are open to applications from outstanding candidates with a strong grounding in supporting children and families outside of the education sector – for all prospective candidates a passion for supporting young people, tenacity and a commitment to inclusive practice will be vital for success.
