Job description
Pastoral Care Manager

Scale PO1 term time only 35 hours per week

Initial Salary: £38,345.12

Contract: Initially One Year's Contract but with opportunity to become permanent.

Required for: January 2026 or as soon as possible after

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly‑motivated individual to join our school team.

Responsibilities
  • Put our community at the forefront of their work.
  • Support adults as well as children towards the school's goals.
  • Uphold a high standard of behaviour, care and guidance for children.
  • Maintain excellent relationships and communication with parents and carers.
  • Lead and support staff to provide excellent physical and mental health care for our children.
  • Provide administrative support within the safeguarding and well‑being teams.

  • Work creatively and effectively with the whole school community.
