Qualifications

• Proven experience within passive fire protection.
• Previous experience working within social housing (occupied properties).
• Strong understanding of compliance, regulations, and best practice.
• Supervisory or leadership experience on site.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervising passive fire installations and remedial works.
• Ensuring all works comply with FIRAS / BM TRADA or equivalent standards.
• Managing site teams, organising workloads, and ensuring productivity.
• Carrying out quality checks, snagging, and maintaining detailed site paperwork.
• Liaising with tenants, housing officers, and client representatives.
• Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety procedures.
• Reporting progress to Project/Contracts Managers.
