• Leading several high-level contracts including social housing, commercial, student accommodation.
• Managing KPIs and delivering the budgets of £5mil+.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the contracts, managing contractors and conducting regular contractor meetings.
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders ensuring all contracts are meeting KPIs and high-quality standards.
