Happy Days Nurseries Limited in Croxley Green is seeking Early Years Assistants to join our Boys & Girls Nursery. You will support children's growth and learning with compassionate, attentive care.

You will confidently implement EYFS, foster strong relationships with colleagues and parents, and uphold safeguarding and wellbeing standards across all settings. We offer a competitive hourly rate, DBS support, and a culture that puts people first and promotes professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in early years education or childcare setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing.
• Strong communication and reflective practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing exceptional early years education, supporting each child’s development and learning journey.
• Confidently implement and follow frameworks such as the EYFS to ensure high-quality teaching and care.
• Meet the daily needs of every child with compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism.
• Deliver stimulating activities that enrich learning and promote holistic development.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers through open and effective communication.
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, health, and safety in every interaction and environment.
• Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas and insights to positively shape the future of the children in our care.
