An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PAS 2035 Compliance Assistant to join us to play an essential role in ensuring our energy efficiency projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Working closely with the Retrofit Compliance Coordinator, you'll provide accurate, comprehensive, and well‑organised administrative support for SHDF‑funded refurbishment projects. Your work will help ensure every Energy Efficiency Measure is fully compliant and successfully lodged onto the TrustMark data warehouse. You'll take ownership of document control, coordinating and verifying all project documentation from consultants, colleagues, and the supply chain. Through your meticulous attention to detail, you'll ensure every file is checked, stored securely, and uploaded accurately using SharePoint or other IT systems. Building strong relationships with clients, project teams, and external partners, you'll act as a key link in maintaining smooth communication and overcoming any compliance or lodgement issues that arise.
You must have strong attention to detail, a problem‑solving mindset together with excellent analytical and written and verbal communication skills.
