Responsibilities

• Optimise the sale of all Parts and Accessory products to customers.
• Work with the Sales Department and workshop for parts sales.

Skills

Previous relevant experience as a Parts Telesales Advisor or similar

Knowledge of automotive parts & components

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of sales order processing and invoicing systems (e.g. Kerridge & CDK)

Skilled in telephone sales techniques and customer handling

Ability to deliver outstanding customer service

Determination to succeed and professionalism

Full UK driving licence
