A leading automotive retail company in Greater London is seeking a Parts Telesales Advisor to join their busy Parts Department. This role focuses on optimising the sale of Parts and Accessory products to retail and trade customers. Ideal candidates should have experience in telesales, knowledge of automotive parts, and excellent communication skills. Competitive salary of £32,000 pa with an OTE of £36,800 and numerous employee benefits, including 33 days of annual leave and gym membership discounts.

Skills

Previous relevant experience as a Parts Telesales Advisor or similar
Knowledge of automotive parts & components
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of sales order processing and invoicing systems (e.g. Kerridge & CDK)
Skilled in telephone sales techniques and customer handling
Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
Determination to succeed and professionalism
Full UK driving licence
Job description

Renault Hayes is seeking a Parts Telesales Advisor to join our busy Parts Department on Silverdale Road, Hayes. The main purpose of the role is to optimise the sale of all Parts and Accessory products to Retail and Trade Customers, the Sales Department customers and the workshop.

Qualifications
  • Previous relevant experience as a Parts Telesales Advisor or similar
  • Knowledge of automotive parts & components
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of sales order processing and invoicing systems (e.g. Kerridge & CDK)
  • Skilled in telephone sales techniques and customer handling best practices
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Determination to succeed and professionalism
  • Full UK driving licence

You’ll be working 45 hours per week. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-6pm with 1 hour for lunch. Saturday mornings 4 hours - 1 in 3 paid as overtime.
