Job summary

A leading commercial vehicle company in Ipswich is seeking a Parts Support Operative / Van Driver to assist the busy Parts Department with deliveries, collections, and warehouse operations. Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and possess strong communication and customer service skills. Qualifications

Monday to Friday: 0800hrs to 1600hrs (1/2 hr unpaid lunch)

  • Any additional Saturday hours @ time and a half

Salary up to £14.50 per hour dependent upon experience

  • Deliver and collect parts to and from customers, suppliers, and other Volvo sites.
  • Support the parts department with stock control, goods in/out, and warehouse organisation.
  • Assist customers and colleagues with parts enquiries in person and over the phone.
  • Maintain delivery paperwork, vehicle condition, and ensure all health & safety procedures are followed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at every interaction
Who are you?
