Parts Supervisor Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Parts Supervisor / Parts Manager / Parts Team Leader to oversee a busy parts department in Exeter. You will be responsible for managing a small but busy team including two parts advisors, two parts delivery drivers, and an apprentice, ensuring smooth operations, stock accuracy, and excellent customer service.

This role suits someone with proven experience supervising a parts department, ideally within the commercial vehicle or automotive sector. You will be hands‑on when needed but also able to lead, coach, and develop your team.
