Job summary

Motus Commercials in Burton-on-Trent is seeking a Parts Supervisor to oversee the parts department, supervise staff rotas, and ensure the smooth operation of goods-in and invoicing processes. You will report on warranty returns and manage admin tasks to support a busy dealer group.

The role requires commercial vehicle parts knowledge, people management, and strong customer service with IT literacy. An opportunity for progression and comprehensive benefits is included.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial vehicle parts is required.
• Strong staff supervision and rota planning abilities.
• Excellent administration and invoicing capability.
• Good customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain the smooth running of the parts department.
• Arrange staff rotas and oversee daily operations.
• Supervise goods-in facilities and ensure accurate invoicing/returns notes.
• Monitor and report on warranty and repair/maintenance parts returns.
