Crossroads Truck & Bus Ltd is the Volvo Truck and Bus specialists across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. We provide a total transport solution for the industry, from new trucks to used trucks, and parts and servicing for trucks, buses and trailers.

Join us as a Parts Manager for the Crossroads region.

As a parts manager overseeing the Crossroads region you will proactively develop and strengthen business relationships with both existing and potential aftermarket customers, with the aim of promoting the company’s parts offering and increasing parts sales. This includes driving workshop labour revenue through the sale of “fitted” options, enhancing customer value and convenience.

The role supports the Group Aftermarket structure by achieving defined sales and profitability targets, while consistently improving the customer experience and satisfaction levels. Additionally, the role is responsible for managing key operational areas including parts administration, warehousing, back counter operations and VMU parts support. This will be done in close collaboration with the Depot Manager and Group Parts Manager to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Whilst your time will be predominantly spent in Head Office, you must be prepared to travel across the group to support the parts function.
