Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient collection of customer vehicles prior to servicing and efficient delivery upon completion.
• Collect and deliver vehicles from customers’ homes or work premises, ensuring collection and/or completion of all paperwork required.
• Examine customer vehicles for damage and tyre safety prior to collecting vehicle ensuring that damage reports are completed and pointed out to customers wherever possible.
• Take responsibility for the safe driving of customer vehicles, respecting any personal possessions left in the vehicle.
• Liaise with customers to gain additional information as required.
• Ensure all dealings with customers are handled courteously.
• Collect/deliver small items where required.
• Parts pre-picking and parts deliveries.
• Site co-ordination to ensure the presentation of the business with regards to parking.
