Job summary

D.M.Keith Ltd in Leeds is seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor to join our Skoda Leeds dealership. You will help run the Parts Department, assist customers with parts queries, process orders and manage stock using our catalogues.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Parts department.
• To plan organise and control the Parts Department resources to maximise the Parts sales, up sell and customer satisfaction.
• To supervise and develop the other personnel in the department
• To receive and identify stock. To check goods from suppliers.
• To locate items in parts department correctly
• To ensure accurate identification of customers' needs by means of, EPAC, ETKA parts catalogues and computer stock lists.
• To conduct all transactions with customers with the utmost courtesy.
• Implementation of discount structure as applicable.
• To pick parts for service, sales, retail and trade customers

We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department at our Skoda Leeds dealership.

About you

We are looking forambitious and driven individualswho are passionate in providing a world class customer experience. You will be responsiblefacilitating the efficient operation of the Service department through the use of all available Aftersales departmental resources to maximise customer experience and profitability throughout all transactions. You will also be expected toensure there is growth and development of the business through providing core, value added and incremental aftersales products whilst upholding full Duty of Care to our customer’s vehicles at all times.
