Job summary

Garland Škoda is seeking a motivated and organised Parts Advisor to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will support the workshop, retail customers, and trade partners by supplying vehicle parts and accessories, offering expert advice and maintaining stock control.

In this role you will handle customer enquiries, build relationships to drive repeat business, promote genuine Škoda parts, and process orders efficiently while coordinating with the Service Department to ensure parts are

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Parts Advisor, Parts Assistant, or similar automotive role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with stock management systems.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice and assistance to retail and trade customers regarding vehicle parts and accessories.
• Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email, and in person.
• Identify parts requirements accurately using manufacturer catalogues and systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Promote and sell genuine Škoda parts, accessories, and associated products.
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders efficiently.
• Liaise closely with the Service Department to ensure parts availability for scheduled work.
• Assist in managing vehicle-off-road situations through efficient sourcing and ordering.
• Receive, check, and correctly store incoming parts deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with annual stock takes.
