Job summary

A reputable vehicle service provider in Kidlington seeks a Parts Advisor to join their team. This full-time role involves working with customers and managing parts for both workshop and customer orders. The ideal candidate will have previous dealership experience and strong customer service skills. An exciting opportunity for career development in the Aftersales department awaits. Hours are Monday to Friday, plus half a day on alternate Saturdays.

Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Parts Advisor to join our team in Kidlington. This role is essential to the aftersales department at a main dealer of new and used vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Working both behind the scenes receiving deliveries and at the front desk serving customers.
  • You will be responsible for pre-picking parts for the workshop job cards, picking parts for customer orders and checking availability of stock.
  • Through in-bound and out-bound telephone enquiries, walk in customers, and internet enquiries you will be developing customer relationships.
  • Ensuring consumables and service parts are regularly replenished providing a swift service to our workshop and other departments.
  • Handle warranty claims processing and complete all relevant administration promptly and accurately (including customer records and invoicing).

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure full time hours working 8:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday with an 8:00 - 12:30 shift every second Saturday.
