Job summary

A reputable HGV dealership in Greater London is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team. The role involves handling parts enquiries, managing stock levels, and maintaining excellent customer service. Qualifications

  • Experience in the automotive, truck, or bus industry preferred.
  • Hold full driving licence.

  • Handle parts enquiries from customers, workshop, and trade accounts.

Parts Advisor – Hayes

Our client is a well‑known and reputable HGV dealership with many depots nationwide. Currently they are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor / HGV Parts Advisor / Automotive Parts Advisor to join their busy depot.

Monday to Friday - 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

Rotating shift : 0600hrs to 1430hrs / 1230hrs to 2100hrs

1 in 3 Saturday mornings 6:30 – 12:00 at overtime, time and a half

  • Ordering, receiving, and issuing parts accurately and efficiently
  • Managing stock levels and maintaining up-to-date records
  • Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Delivering excellent customer service in line with Volvo standards
About you
  • Experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Assistant (automotive, truck, or bus industry preferred)
  • Hold full driving licence
  • Confident communicator with great organisational and IT skills
  • A proactive team player who takes pride in delivering quality service
  • Knowledge of Volvo systems or commercial vehicle parts is an advantage
