Partnerships Sales Manager

Location: Remote role with 2 days per month in the Yorkshire office. Travel expenses covered.

Salary: £70,000-£80,000 plus OTE.

A fast growing UK SaaS and RegTech business is looking to hire an experienced Partner Development Manager to support its next phase of growth. This is a high impact role focused on building and scaling new reseller and referral partnerships across regulated sectors.

This role would suit a commercially driven partnerships professional who enjoys creating opportunities from scratch, opening new channels, and owning the full partner lifecycle from initial engagement through to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identifying, engaging and securing new reseller and referral partners across regulated industries such as financial services, legal, accountancy, property, fintech and professional services.
  • Building and managing a strong partnership pipeline with clear forecasting against revenue targets.
  • Developing and executing a partner acquisition strategy to unlock new revenue streams.
  • Onboarding and enabling partners to ensure long term success and performance.
  • Negotiating commercial agreements with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Working closely with sales, marketing and product teams on joint go to market activity.
What we are looking for
  • Proven experience in partner development, channel sales or business development within AML/KYC, SaaS, RegTech, compliance or financial technology is essential.
  • Strong existing network and a track record of generating revenue through partnerships.
  • A proactive, self‑starting approach with a strong hunter mindset.
  • Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote first environment while collaborating with wider teams.
