Ashton Gate Stadium is a unique sports and entertainment business with the core aim of providing integral support services to ensure the sustainability of Stephen Lansdown’s sporting group of companies which includes Bristol Sport, Ashton Gate, Bristol City, Bristol Bears, Bristol Flyers Basketball and each of their respective community charities.
Job Purpose
As a key part of the Partnerships Activation Team, you will support the Senior Partnerships Operations Manager contributing to operational requirements for all partners across the four professional sporting teams, stadium events and non-match day activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the collation and implementation of content, artwork for match day/event day for digital assets, including in bowl, exterior big screen rotational imagery, concourse TV system, LED
- Liaise with partners and advertising clients on the production and submission of their artwork. The initial specifications and deadlines will be shared by the Partnerships Sales Team, but you will coordinate the process after this point
- Support matchday operations including the delivery of the LED system, sponsor and partner activations, pre-match tours, shirt presentations etc
- Liaise with Clubs for player access requirements, fulfilling sponsor and partner obligations
- To assist with the implementation of the rules and regulations of the club governing bodies including Premiership Rugby (PRL) European Professional Club Rugby (EPCR), English Football League (EFL), Football Association (FA), Premiership Women's Rugby (PWR)
- To ensure relevant league partner’s commercial requirements are met and that any enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately
- Organising, fulfilling and delivering events at Ashton Gate, Bristol Bears and Bristol City’s High Performance Centres and external venues, including Team/Partner photoshoots, networking events and co-ordinating signed merchandise sessions to assist with implementing commercial obligations of the technical kit partners
- Assist the Senior Partnerships Operations Manager as required with regular and appropriate interaction with the Partner Activation Team, the Stadium Operations Team, internal and external suppliers, along with building effective relationships
- Liaise with the four professional teams where required in order to deliver appropriate contractual obligations
- To keep up to date records of all partner conversations and activities, and all other day to day administration
- Maintain and update the partnerships page and footers across the sporting group websites
- Maintain a record of all contracts
- Manage and keep a record of the stock level of signed merchandise for commercial and league partners
Skills And Experience
- Exceptional administration skills with rigorous attention to detail, possessing excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (Adobe desirable)
- Effective, strong communications skills
- A lively and enthusiastic personality with a dedicated and professional approach to work
- Ability to learn systems quickly and efficiently
- Be a positive contributor and collaborator within the Partnerships Activation Team
- Experience with Canva and basic creative software would be advantageous
- Possession of a clean UK Driving Licence would be advantageous but not essential
- Have an interest in event planning
Salary
£25,500 per annum
Hours
5 out of 7 days, to include evenings and weekends in line with home match day fixtures
