Job summary

MCR Pathways, an award-winning mentoring charity, is seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive regional growth across East and South East Scotland. You will build strong relationships with employers, public sector bodies, and community groups to create pipelines of volunteer mentors and organisational support.

Based in East or South East Scotland, you will work flexibly between home, partner locations, and communities, supported by a national team dedicated to lasting impact for young people.

Qualifications

• Experience building organisational relationships with partners across sectors.
• Ability to present compelling information sessions to diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to recruiting diverse volunteers in mentoring programs.

Responsibilities

• Research, map, and secure new corporate, public sector, and SME partners aligned with CSR/ESG/D&I pillars.
• Deliver pitches, proposals, and workplace events to recruit mentors and meet monthly targets.
• Serve as the primary account manager for regional partners, ensuring long-term engagement.
• Collaborate with Communications to execute place-based campaigns and raise brand visibility.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimise onboarding and conversion of mentors.
• Utilise CRM dashboards to track pipeline activity, ROI, and recruitment metrics.
