A global events company is seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead market initiatives in the Americas. This hybrid role requires proactive sales strategies and the ability to exceed targets. Candidates should possess a strong background in the MICE industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and experience in managing high-volume outreach campaigns. The position entails international travel for events and working closely with clients, all aimed at facilitating impactful connections in the global meetings sector.
Partnerships Manager – Americas (Events & MICE) Central London, Borough (Hybrid)

As a company, we’re on an exciting journey of growth and development. That’s where you come in… We’re recruiting for a Partnerships Manager dedicated to the Americas market, working American hours (11:00 – 19:00 UK time). This is a proactive sales role with a strong emphasis on new business development and achieving monthly targets.
You’ll be responsible for driving buyer recruitment for our world-class M&I events, hitting the ground running with high-volume outbound calls and strategic outreach. A strong sales background in the MICE industry is essential.
As well as intensive telesales campaigns, this role involves regular international travel at our M&I events, attendance at industry trade shows and the possibility of face-to-face sales trips as we evolve in the future.
Note, internally this role will be known as ‘Senior Business Development Manager’.
