We work with creators, platforms, publishers, broadcasters, and agencies worldwide, helping scale high-performing content, secure commercial distribution, and maximise value across multiple digital and media ecosystems.

We’re looking for a commercially minded, content-savvy Partnerships Manager to help grow our network of creators, partners, and platforms. This outward-facing role blends content, commerce, and creativity. Ideal for someone who spots opportunities and turns them into scalable commercial outcomes.

As we expand across the creator economy and media licensing landscape, you’ll develop strategic partnerships, drive revenue, and help shape our commercial and content pipelines. This role includes direct revenue responsibility with a commission structure linked to revenue. Flexibility across time zones and some travel is expected.

Role Summary

The Partnerships Manager develops and manages relationships with creators, agencies, distributors, and licensing partners while driving commercial growth. You will identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and contribute directly to revenue targets. This role requires strong relationship instincts, commercial thinking, and the ability to turn content and partnerships into measurable business results.

Core Responsibilities
Partnerships & Relationship Management
  • Identify, onboard, and maintain long-term relationships with creators, licensing partners, agencies, and distributors.
  • Support creators with monetisation, rights, and partnership opportunities.
  • Ensure partner satisfaction and retention while contributing to content and revenue growth.
Commercial Strategy & Deal Execution
  • Develop, negotiate, and renew commercial and licensing deals that meet revenue and margin targets.
  • Identify and pursue new monetisation and partnership opportunities across media, platforms, and digital ecosystems.
  • Align creator and partner activity with wider business and content objectives.
Performance & Revenue Delivery
  • Manage a clear commercial pipeline and take ownership of direct revenue goals.
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work with internal teams to ensure commercial and content alignment.
  • Share market insights, platform trends, and partnership opportunities to support strategic planning.
  • Operate flexibly across international time zones and travel when required.
