A leading digital healthcare company is seeking a Partnerships Lead to drive sales within NHS secondary care. This role involves leveraging existing C-suite relationships to generate revenue and influence decision-making. Role details: This is a full time role for 40 contracted hours per week.
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum + Uncapped commission, equity options.
Location: Hybrid, UK-based. Work abroad up to 90 days per year. Quarterly travel to London for company-wide and team sessions. LI-Remote.
Isla is transforming the way healthcare is delivered and we’re looking for a Partnerships lead to join our Sales team and open doors at the highest level of the NHS.
This is a high-impact, growth-focused role where you’ll be responsible for generating revenue within your regional remit and contributing to strategic, business-level decisions that shape Isla’s commercial direction. You’ll own the sales process end-to-end from first contact to closing enterprise-level deals, with a focus on selling Isla’s digital solution into NHS secondary care.

This role demands a consultative approach, the ability to navigate long sales cycles, and the commercial acumen to ensure our solutions are the right fit.
You’ll have ownership of an NHS region from day one, with the potential to grow into a team leadership role as we expand. As part of our agile, VC-backed and B Corp-certified team, you’ll use your strategic sales expertise to make a lasting impact on the future of digital healthcare.

Already live in 30+ NHS Trusts and across 40+ specialties, Isla securely captures photos, videos, sound recordings, forms, and questionnaires from patients and clinicians. This data powers automated, personalised pathways and clinically coded risk stratification, giving teams complete visibility from triage to recovery.

With 2M+ secure submissions to date (one every three minutes) Isla is delivering £3M+ potential annual savings per Trust, cutting 3.6M+ patient travel miles, and enabling 30% of patients to be moved to remote care.

What is the hiring process for this role at Isla?
Interviewing with us for the Senior Business Development Manager role will be split into 3 stages (all conducted virtually):
1️⃣ A screening interview with our Associate Operations Manager - 20 minutes
2️⃣ A one to one pitch interview with our Director of Partnerships - 45 minutes
3️⃣ A final interview with our Director of Partnerships and one of our Co-founders - 30 minutes
