Job description

PHAR Partnerships is a leading global agency specialising in creating and delivering innovative brand partnerships that drive measurable results. We work with some of the world’s most recognisable brands, destinations, and rights holders - helping them unlock commercial opportunities and build meaningful connections with audiences.

Our clients include Heathrow Airport, Gatwick Airport, Manchester Airport, Merlin Entertainments, the BRIT Awards, Transport for London, RNLI, Singapore Sports Hub, Gardens by the Bay and King Salman Park, as well as leading global brands such as Uber, Marriott Hotels, Revolut, Indeed and Allianz.

With a strong focus on travel, transport, entertainment, and destinations, we turn airports, attractions, events, and city spaces into powerful platforms for engaging brand experiences.

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Partnerships Executive to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1-3 years’ experience to develop their career in brand partnerships. You’ll support the creation and development of sponsorship concepts, delivering high-impact partnerships for some of the world’s biggest brands and destinations - helping to bring partnerships to life from ideation to completion.

You’ll assist with research, proposal creation, partner outreach, and campaign delivery, while learning from a highly experienced and collaborative team. Over time, you’ll take increasing ownership of projects and relationships as your confidence and experience grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and delivery of commercially-driven brand partnership opportunities across PHAR’s client portfolio.
  • Identify and research prospective brand partners, helping to build targeted outreach lists and uncover new commercial opportunities.
  • Contribute to partner outreach, including initial contact and supporting the progression of conversations through the pipeline.
  • Assist in the creation of compelling sponsorship propositions, pitch decks, and sales materials that clearly articulate value to partners.
  • Support the management of client and partner relationships, ensuring clear communication and high-quality delivery of partnership activity.
  • Coordinate partnership campaigns and activations, tracking progress and supporting delivery against agreed objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and brand movements to identify new partnership opportunities and insights.
About You

You’re enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn - with a genuine interest in marketing, partnerships, and brand strategy. You enjoy working in a fast‑paced, creative environment and have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a can‑do attitude. You’re naturally curious about how brands show up in the real world – from airports and attractions to events and public spaces.

  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a commercial, marketing, partnerships, or client‑facing role
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills (experience with Adobe Suite a bonus).
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A proactive mindset, with the confidence to contribute ideas and take initiative.
  • Some experience in partnerships, sponsorships, marketing, or business development (internships included) is preferred, but not essential.
Why Join PHAR?

At PHAR Partnerships, you’ll be part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial team where creativity and commercial thinking go hand in hand. You’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting, high‑profile projects across travel, transport, entertainment, and global brands – helping shape partnerships that reach millions of people around the world.

We offer:

  • A supportive environment with real opportunities for learning and career development.
  • Exposure to major global brands and iconic destinations.
  • A hybrid working model and inclusive team culture.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
