Job Title: Partnerships Development Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Type: Full time/permanent - Hybrid working

Location: Maidstone or Canterbury (You must be able to attend the office in Maidstone at least once per week)

The role
  • Business development strategy
  • Working with other teams to identify, track and manage new business leads and proposals
  • Attend networking events and be an ambassador for the business
  • Referrer and key client development
  • Research and really know the market and key client information
  • Manage proposals and pitches
  • Additional projects - opportunity to assist the Head of Marketing & Business Development in company wide projects
The person
  • A great networker, someone who loves to build great relationships
  • Previous experience in B2B business development
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Ability to inspire others
  • Passion for winning business
  • Flexibility to attend events that may be outside of office hours
