Partnerships Development Manager Leamington - £50,000 - £55,000 plus great commission structure.

About the Role
We re seeking a proactive, commercially minded, and strategic Partnerships Development Manager to join our our client who is a fast-growing, forward-thinking business transforming how organisations manage and optimise energy.

They deliver smart, data-driven energy services designed to help large energy users make informed decisions, reduce carbon emissions, maintain compliance, and achieve long-term sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and understand target sectors to identify new partnership opportunities and routes to market.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of partner prospects through targeted outreach, insight-led engagement, and networking.
  • Lead meetings (phone, video, and in person) to convert prospects into active, long-term partners.
  • Manage your pipeline within the CRM to ensure transparency and accurate reporting.
  • Nurture key partner relationships to ensure sustained success and growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events and forums to expand brand reach and reputation.
What You ll Bring
  • Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles, ideally within the industrial, commercial, or energy sectors.
  • A strong track record of sourcing and securing new business through partnerships or indirect channels.
  • Experience managing the full partner lifecycle from first contact through onboarding and long-term management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to prioritise opportunities based on fit and revenue potential.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
