Job summary

The Wise Group is seeking a Partnership Executive to help connect community intelligence with employment opportunities across Glasgow City, Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, Inverclyde and Argyll & Bute. Flexible home-based with regular travel; 35 hours per week; fixed term to November 2028.

You will build trusted strategic partnerships with DWP, Jobcentres, local authorities and community organisations; map local places; and turn relationships into actionable insights for Jobs Guarantee

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and daily access to a car are essential.
• Strong partnership, stakeholder or community relationship-management skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted strategic partnerships with DWP, Jobcentres and local organisations.
• Understand and map each Jobs Guarantee delivery area and local priorities.
• Connect existing Wise Group relationships and identify where collaboration is most effective.
• Strengthen participant pathways by coordinating with mentors and providers.
• Turn local intelligence into actionable opportunities for collaboration across the organisation.
• Work with Jobs Guarantee colleagues to ensure aligned, non-duplicated partnership activity.
