Active Tameside is seeking a Partnership & Project Manager to lead development, coordination and delivery of service areas supporting SEND participants and adults with learning disabilities across Tameside.
The role focuses on strategic projects, partnership building with education, health, social care and voluntary sectors, and securing funding to drive growth and long-term sustainability, while ensuring inclusion and accessibility are central to all programmes.
To lead the development, coordination and delivery of Everybody Can Service Areas, supporting health, wellbeing, physical activity, social inclusion and life opportunities for children, young people and adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), learning disabilities and additional needs across Tameside.
The Partnership & Project Manager will:
