We are looking to recruit a Partnership Manager to join our team in Welwyn.

About the Role

As our Partnership Manager, you will lead the day-to-day activity of the project in accordance with MSPS best practice and governance standards, ensuring that all business objectives are met within overall time, cost, and budget constraints. You will support the Regional Director in the achievement and delivery of the annual and 5-year plans and support the bid and business development processes, through liaison with the relevant teams and personnel.

About You

We would like our Partnership Manager to have managed Repairs and Voids contracts, including multiple workstreams (Repairs, Disrepairs, Voids, Planned) at a senior management level with significant operational management experience / service delivery in reactive maintenance, whilst managing service performance including KPIs and performance of operatives and subcontractors.

You will be able to manage conflicting and competing priorities effectively and understand profit and loss accounting as well as budget management, through effective cost control and driving value. You will have at least 4+ years of experience and experience managing teams and target setting, ensuring delivery to these targets, whilst being passionate about service delivery and customer satisfaction. With strong IT and project management abilities, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work in a high-paced environment.
