Job description

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for someone to join our team as a Partnership Manager, playing a vital role in supporting the Head of Partnerships to deliver housing solutions that address the housing crisis.

In this role, you will be managing partnership programs and individual schemes, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, and maintaining governance assurance across all activities. The role focuses on efficiency, safety, professionalism, and adherence to budgets and timelines while fostering existing partnerships and developing new ones.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing delivery of partnership schemes and programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with governance requirements (Risk Management, Health & Safety/CDM, Budget Setting, Financial Controls, Data Protection, Financial Viability, Management Information, Exit Strategies).
  • Driving operational excellence and contributing to profitable housing solutions.

We’re seeking someone who:

  • Has a strong background in construction, ideally with experience in new build housing projects.
  • Can confidently analyse tenders, review costs, monitor cash flows, and present scheme information.
  • Understands contractual documents and programmes, with solid surveying and project management skills.
  • Is proficient in financial appraisal and cash management systems.
  • Holds an honours degree (or equivalent) in construction or is working towards one.
  • Has a full UK driving licence.
  • Brings excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
