Partnership Manager

Location: Bristol, Bristol, United Kingdom

Salary: £35,000 to £37,000 per annum (0.8 FTE)

Contract type: Part-time 28 hours per week, Permanent

The Soil Association, formed in 1946, is the only UK charity which works across the spectrum of human health, the environment and animal welfare. That’s because we cannot tackle these issues in isolation. We campaign for change, we support farming innovation, we serve healthy food in communities, we support and grow the organic market, and we protect forests. About the job

To manage significant multi-year partnerships with some of the UK’s most influential businesses as well as create compelling pitches that reflect the Soil Association’s ambition and resonate with ESG and sustainability priorities. These partnerships will drive real impact across the food and farming system.

This is an exciting opportunity to not only grow our partnership portfolio but to also work across the wider Soil Association Group (including Certification and Exchange) to co-create embedded, strategic partnerships that unlock influence, innovation, and significant unrestricted funding.

About You

We are looking for an exceptional fundraiser, who thrives in a fast-paced team and is brilliant at building lasting partnerships both with supporters and colleagues. Your ability to translate complex food systems programmes into simple, compelling propositions for companies will deliver against shared strategic priorities.
