• A solid understanding of HTML, jQuery, CSS and website frameworks.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience providing customer-facing hands-on troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical execution of multiple coaching projects.
• Conduct quality assurance audits and host technical training.
• Own resolution plan for technical project roadblocks.
• Assess and design technical-focused partner enablement programs.
• Foster collaboration with teams including Services and Sales.
• Lead process improvement projects for partner customer lifecycle.
