Partner Support Administrator

£24,570 pro-rata plus great benefits (Work Level 6C)
Temporary (FTC until February 2027)
Full‑time, 37.5 hours (Monday to Friday)
Location: In this role, you’ll be splitting your time between home and the Scunthorpe office. Up to the first 3 months will be spent in the office for training, after which you’ll work a minimum of 2 days a week in the office, with the remainder of the time from home. You’ll work approximately 1 in 4 Saturdays and be on a bank holiday rota.

Co-op Wholesale is growing, and we’re looking for people who want to help shape what comes next. As a Partner Support Administrator, you’ll join our Partner Admin team on a fixed‑term contract until February 2027. In this role, you’ll support in setting up accounts and processing product orders from our wholesale partners. We’ll look to you to make sure their requirements are met, and that our retailers get everything they need to give their shoppers a great experience.

What you’ll do
  • Support setting up new accounts and manage product access, as well as supporting partners with bulk/pre‑sell orders digitally or via the phone
  • Accurately upload and push-through orders into the system
  • Generate reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Help to resolve delivery and order queries from our wholesale partners
  • Collaborate with teams and colleagues across the wider business to make sure we’re giving a great service to our partners
