Job summary

CyberOne is seeking a Senior Azure Security Engineer to join the hybrid team in London. You will support partner success, coordinate with delivery and technical teams, and help grow partner engagements across Microsoft security solutions.

You will build strong relationships with MSPs, VARs, system integrators and telco partners, ensuring consistent service delivery and renewals while driving strategic growth and customer outcomes.

• Engage regularly with partners both virtually and face to face; understand client requirements and align CyberOne services.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery, Operations and Technical teams.
• Manage escalations professionally and transparently.
• Produce service reports and performance updates.
• Generate Statements of Work, service schedules and welcome packs.

Purpose of Role

The Partner Success Executive acts as a trusted extension of both CyberOne and our partners, ensuring services are delivered effectively, opportunities for growth are identified, and operational excellence is maintained throughout the customer lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities

Partner Success & Growth

• Support the Head of Customer Success in delivering a world-class partner success function.
• Support renewals, service enhancements and client retention activities.
• Maintain visibility of renewal activity, pipeline opportunities and partner growth.
• Engage regularly with partners both virtually and face to face understand client requirements and align CyberOne services.
• Support for partner onboard where required
• Identify opportunities for partners to expand their cyber security offerings through CyberOne solutions.

Trusted Advisor & Relationship Builder

• Build strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders.
• Act as a central coordination point between partners and CyberOne teams.
• Facilitate monthly and quarterly service reviews.
• Support in partner monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Support account planning and strategic growth discussions.
• Strengthen long-term partner relationships.

Service Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate with Service Delivery, Operations and Technical teams.
• Support onboarding, fulfilment and customer requests.
• Manage escalations professionally and transparently.
• Provide clear communication and service updates to partners.
• Promote a consistent partner experience across CyberOne.
• Produce service reports and performance updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain Monday.com and operational systems.
• Assist with reporting, project coordination and contract administration.
• Generate Statements of Work, service schedules and welcome packs.
